Meet Patrick

Job Role: Principal Osteopath, Animal Osteopath & Sports Massage Therapist

Patrick is the founder and principal osteopath at Reform Osteopaths, helping patients across Cheshire overcome pain, restore movement and improve their overall quality of life. His approach combines hands-on treatment with education, rehabilitation and practical lifestyle advice, ensuring every patient receives care tailored to their individual needs.

Patrick believes that successful treatment goes beyond simply relieving symptoms. By understanding how the entire body works together, he aims to identify and address the underlying causes of pain, helping patients achieve lasting improvements rather than short-term relief.

His calm, approachable manner helps patients feel at ease from their very first appointment, whether they are seeking treatment for back pain, sports injuries, headaches, postural issues or persistent musculoskeletal problems.

Patrick's Approach

Patrick takes a holistic, evidence-informed approach to treatment, recognising that pain is rarely caused by one isolated issue. Every assessment considers movement, posture, previous injuries, lifestyle and daily activities to create a personalised treatment plan that supports long-term recovery.

He is passionate about helping patients understand why they are experiencing pain and providing them with the knowledge and confidence to manage their condition outside the treatment room.

Outside the Clinic

Interests

Outside the clinic, Patrick is a semi-professional rugby player who enjoys keeping active through regular gym training and yoga. He's also a proud dog dad and enjoys spending his spare time in the garden, where he's a keen amateur gardener.

Favourite Thing About Being an Osteopath

Patrick's favourite part of being an osteopath is helping people realise they don't have to simply accept living with pain. He is passionate about educating patients that, in many cases, pain can be overcome without relying on medication or surgery. He also enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and the varied, often unexpected conversations that make every day in the clinic different.

‘’I don’t like hurting people, I like making people feel better… it just hurts a bit 🤷‍♀️’’

Meet Clare
