If your plans change, don't worry, you can reschedule or cancel appointments using the links in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there can often be reasons to reschedule or cancel appointments, so funds will be refunded if cancellations/reschedules are 48hrs prior to your booking. Any changes within 48hrs of your appointment will result in full price having to be paid and non-refundable.
